Data Deletion

If you want Blitz Marketing to delete the data we hold about your account, connected social integrations, or workspace content, use the instructions below.
1. What this page covers
This page explains how to request deletion of your Blitz Marketing account data after using Facebook Login, Meta integrations, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, or any other connected Blitz feature.
2. Disconnect your integrations
First, open Integrationsfrom your Blitz dashboard and disconnect any social accounts you no longer want connected. This removes access tokens and stops future publishing for those accounts.
3. Request account deletion
To delete your Blitz account and associated data, email us at hello@blitz.ws with the subject line Data deletion request.
4. What we delete
When we process a deletion request, we remove or anonymize:
- your account profile and login data
- connected OAuth tokens and integration metadata
- campaigns, calendars, plans, and related workspace content
- uploaded files and generated assets where reasonably possible
5. What may be retained
We may keep information we are required to retain for legal, billing, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
6. Timing
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days where possible. Some records may remain in secure backups for a limited period before they are overwritten.
